Hello, and welcome to Sanguinarius: The Vampire Support Ring HomePage.

Sanguinarius: The Vampire Support Ring is, quite simply, ring of sites linked together dealing with real vampires and vampirism, which offer information, support, help, guidance, respources, and/or educational views and experiences. This ring does not deal with role-playing games, folklore, pop-fiction, off-the-wall theories, and the like. It's focus is not for netsurfing, but drawing together those sites/services which are of benefit to real vampires, blood drinkers, psi/energy vampires, and the vampire community.

Travelling the Ring

You can travel along the ring from one site to the next by using the ringlink navigation panel on each site's page.  Hop off anywhere along the line, explore the site and then hop back on the ring and go on to the next site. Eventually, you'll come back to the site you started at.  You can skip the next or previous site, list the next 5 or previous 5 sites, list all sites, or go to a random site in the ring. You can also search the ring for particular sites by keyword.

Webmasters/mistresses who have joined the Ring can login to the Site Admin to edit their site info and get their customized HTML code. Please make sure "Sanguinarius (at) sanguinarius.org" is in your allowed emails/whitelist. [Ring Admin]

Join the Ring

Webmasters/mistresses can join the ring by signing up and adding the webring navigation code fragment to their page. If your site offers answers, support, help, guidance, etc., then Sangi Wants You!

If you have a website that you feel fits the qualifications listed above, and the description of Sanguinarius: The Vampire Support Ring, and you would like to join our ring, then you will need to:

1.) Fill out the form to submit your site to the queue;

2.) Copy the graphics below (right click and choose "Save as...") and then upload them to your website;

3.) Copy/paste the Ring Code HTML Fragment into your web page, then publish your page to the web (once you sign up, you will recieve your customized code in an email, or you can log in to your Site Admin area and get it); and,

4.) Email me [ sanguinarius (at) sanguinarius.org ] to let me know that your site is in the queue awaiting review. Please include your site's ID #, name, and url. (Also, please take a moment to tell me what you would like to get out of this ring, or possibly hoping to see done.)

I will review each site and I do reserve the right to determine which sites are approved for entry into the Ring. Don't let that frighten you off, though!

Copy the Graphics

Download the following two graphics and then upload them to your web space; don't change their file names. Please do not link to these on my server!

Uncustomized RingLink Code

If you are a member or a pending member of Sanguinarius: The Vampire Support Ring, you can get your copy of CUSTOMIZED code from your Admin Area. The code below is generic, and is included as an example. Or if for some reason, you can't login to your Admin Area (shouldn't be a consideration).

Copy and paste the following code into your source document. Be sure to replace SITE_ID_HERE (this occurs 12 times) with your site's ID # (example: id=yourname), and YOUR_NAME_HERE (occurs once) with either your name or the name of your site. It's very important that you do this in order to preserve the ring's integrity.

Before I insert a site, that site must have the customized html ringlink code fragment on it, so it will work properly. Please try to add your code to your website in a timely manner, as the code will not be active unless your site has been inserted into the ring. I've tried to make this as simple as possible for you, but I can't do it for you!

Once you've inserted your code into your web page, save your changes, and upload your page to the web! That's it!
