Back in the days when Sanguinarius: The Vampire Support Page was located on AOL, I was able to run a short questionnaire from a modified guestbook script hosted by AOL. Once I moved the site off of AOL's servers, I no longer had the ability to run the response form off their script. I've not found anything suitable since then to use, so I'm not running the poll any longer or accepting new resonses; this may change someday if I find a suitable script to use.

The poll ran from 3 January, 1998 until 31 December, 2000. I have archived the responses the poll recieved in this section, and guests are still able view them.

Response: I am questioning that right now, but from what I do think they feed off of people be it mentally or physically. They are drawn to things that are not accepted by the general public and therefore are mistreated as freaks or psychopaths. Being a vampire can be very lonely.

Response: I believe that most (not all) vampires today are more of the psyvamps than blood drinkers. Almost all of us drink blood out of a certain addiction, but will we die if we don't get actual, living, human blood? My opinion is no. I do however believe that the blood is a source of power and much easier to draw energy from than a simple kiss or touch of some sort, and that the blood enhances all the senses and abilities which we all inherently possess..the average mortal only uses 10% right? Who's to say that the other 90% doesn't contain the knowledge of how to manipulate our bodies, minds, and beings as the true vampires may have at one point in history or still do today. I believe that any true vampire who gives away too much information about themselves (real name, phone, address) is either asking for trouble or is entirely too trusting...it'll take me a bit longer to be more open here.

Response: I am part vampire, I crave blood but not that badly, and I don't drink blood anymore, because I am christian now, but I am a medium too. We are real but we don't live in the flesh for hundreds of years. We are showing more to the public, while the hunters are more sinful than us. Hunters don't forgive, and kill for reasons that are not ok with God, therefore hunters will go to hell before any vampire does, because we don't kill because of stupid hate crap.
