Work on Sanguinarius.org 5.0 has temporarily stalled due to either a bug in the backend (Admin) of WordPress or limitations of the content management system itself. Scans and tests indicated it’s not a plugin conflict or virus, and the site wasn’t hacked.
You’ll notice that the top Navigation Menu is messed up… It should be one row of about 5 or 6 different headings (Home, Support, Interact, Press Room, etc.) with some menu items (links) nested under each of them; not several rows of non-nested menu items. And, I think not all the items are appearing on the menu. I think this is because of the sheer number of menu items Sanguinarius requires for it’s menu — and more still need to be added!
I will be looking into this and contacting tech support as I am able (tomorrow, hopefully) and trying to find a workaround or a fix. Failing that, I guess I will just have to rethink and redo a few things to reduce the number of menu items (God only knows how). Anyway, Sanguinarius might not work properly or look right for the next several days.
If anybody reading this is familiar with WordPress (preferably a WP Guru/Techie) — even if this post is several months old by the time you read it — please contact me. I could use your knowledge and expertise!
